I was asking Fiona what we did for the rest of the week after we came back from Shelter Island but we can't think of that much.
Probably because we did a lot of sleeping in, playing with Kiki (she is an adorable kid with the most amazing imagination and the best giggle I have ever heard) and ummmm.............talking, sleeping in and laughing (Fiona laughs at a lot of what I say which, while I don't think I am that funny, is very good for my ego).
We did go out shopping one day as I wanted to look for some boots and really need to get a coat as it's going to start getting cold soon. Anyway we couldn't find the boots, it started raining and all the coats looked really bad on me.
So all in all we had a great day!!!!!! If you know how much I don't love shopping you will know how glad I was that we spend hours walking around achieving nothing.
Actually that's not true. I did get some stripy pajama bottoms.
It was also Bob's birthday later in the week - Sunday to be exact - so we went shopping, bought him some wine and a Wii (he is a gadget man so he loved it). Kiki wanted the three of us to do some dancing as a concert for his birthday. I am sooooo not a dancer, as most of you know but she was so insistent. I told her that I would dance if she watched Nanny McPhee with me. She has a thing about that movie for some reason so she wasn't impressed that I would only agree to dance if she watched it.
Unfortunately for me she agreed.
But then luckily for me I think she realised how bad I was and how much I didn't want to do it so she decided I didn't need to.

Or she re-thought the whole Nanny McPhee thing.
Either way I was off the hook.
Anyway despite Fiona's desperate plea to not to put a video of the dancing on my blog - here it is.
Also the coughing and spluttering is because Bob has a cold - hope it doesn't ruin your viewing pleasure.
